Renew & Revive (R&R) is a spiritual support group established by the team at Fully Health and Oak Health Foundation to provide a comprehensive approach to address all needs - physical, mental, and spiritual. Through attending these complimentary group sessions, individuals will learn about the good news of Jesus Christ and how God will intervene during one's journey toward achieving healing and greatest potential.

Why Join Us For a Renew & Revive Session?

In a world filled with constant challenges, uncertainties, and pressures, sometimes it can feel like we have nowhere to go. That we live with our mental health issues alone. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to lean on a supportive and Christ-centered community? That’s why Oak Health Foundation established a spiritual support program called Renew & Revive (R&R), crafted with the belief that holistic healing encompasses a comprehensive approach to address all needs from physical, to mental, to spiritual. We believe in considering the whole person instead of just the symptoms. Receiving expert clinical care along with biblical understanding of God’s truth is crucial to help overcome mental health issues.

Who is Renew & Revive For?

Renew & Revive (R&R) is a spiritual support program as part of this integrative approach to improving one’s mental health, offered in a supportive and safe environment. R&R sessions are conducted weekly via Zoom and open to the public as a resource for anyone (age 18+) to join. These sessions are completely FREE. Through attending these group Zoom sessions, individuals will learn about the good news of Jesus Christ and how God will intervene during one’s journey toward achieving healing and one’s greatest potential. 
 
The core ethos of R&R lies in empowering individuals to reclaim their mental fortitude and spiritual resilience. By comprehending the root causes of suffering and embracing the redemptive narrative offered by the gospel, participants are equipped to navigate life’s spiritual battles with newfound vigor and hope.

What Do We Talk About During Renew & Revive Sessions?

Different topics are highlighted each week – past topics have included depression, anxiety, cognitive distortions, stigma, and other negative emotions, etc.. These issues are discussed and addressed  through the lens of the gospel. Discovery of the Biblical promises of what God has done through Jesus Christ, securing our true identity and purpose in life, can powerfully impact our daily lives. At the end of each meeting, participants are invited to share their prayer requests, fostering an environment of empathy, support, and understanding in a space of safety and healing.
 
The ultimate goal of R&R is to renew minds, revive hearts, save souls, and bring hope & healing through understanding the love of Christ.

Renew & Revive (R&R) takes place every Wednesday from 7:30pm - 8:30pm PST via Zoom

Renew & Revive Spiritual Group Sign Up

This Renew & Revive (R&R) group is a program established by the team at Fully Health to provide a comprehensive approach to address all our needs – physical, mental, and spiritual. Through attending these complimentary group sessions, you will learn about the good news of Jesus Christ and how God will intervene during our journey toward achieving healing and greatest potential.

All individuals 18+ are welcome to attend! You do not need to be a Fully Health client or patient to attend. This service is free of charge. Please note, these sessions are not a clinical service. You may come and go as you like. We would be happy to have you whenever you may be available to join!

Wednesdays 7:30 – 8:30 pm on Zoom

What to expect from R&R
– To deeply understand, believe, and enjoy the Gospel, and know who I am
– To be able to have any question answered without judgment. For example, “Why am I struggling so much even though I have faith?” and “If I seek psychiatric treatment, does that mean my faith is small?”
– To experience the ability to fight the spiritual battle in life, especially regarding mental health struggles around me
– If Jesus is the Christ who solved my fundamental spiritual problem that led to all the “bad fruits” of life, then He is the answer to any other problem (mental and/or physical) that I may face on this earth.
